| Exhibitor Load-In & Load-Out
Exhibitor Load-In and Load-Out is located behind the Wildwood Convention Center at their loading docks. Exhibitors may NOT load in or out through the Convention Center's front doors. Exhibitors will need to drive their vehicle under the boardwalk through a one-way tunnel. This is co-ordinated by the Convention Center Parking Attendants and Handcraft Unlimited personnel as explained below. LOAD-IN: Exhibitors arriving at the Convention Center should stop at the Parking Attendant station. You need to have their name and exhibitor # ready. Once you are confirmed as an Exhibitor you will be directed to enter the tunnel. The short tunnel under the boardwalk will accommodate large trucks & trailers. After you are finished unloading someone will direct you where to park your trailer and your vehicle will need to be moved to the front parking lot with a Parking Permit. PARKING PERMITS: Handcraft Unlimited acquires a limited number of parking passes for a reduced fee of $10 each ($15 if purchased at the show). These are available for exhibitor purchase at the time of applying for either of the Wildwood craft shows. If you choose not to purchase a Parking Permit, you will need to pay the day rate as stated by the Wildwood Convention Center (usually about $12 per day). Other alternatives include finding a parking space outside of the Convention Center parking lot and walking. |

LOAD-OUT: Once the closing announcement is made Exhibitors may begin packing up. After you are 'Completely' packed and ready to load your vehicle, you must come to the Credit Card booth. You will then receive a number. If your vehicle is in the back, take this number with you to load your vehicle. If your car is parked in the front parking lot and your trailer was left behind the Convention Center, you will need to get in line for the tunnel. Again, the Convention Center Parking Attendants and Handcraft Unlimited personnel will be coordinating this process. Once you enter the back, you have a short amount of time to park your vehicle at the loading dock to Load-Out. Exhibitors are encouraged to move quickly during this process to keep everyone moving in a timely fashion. We have not had a problem for the past 3 years as long as all exhibitors follow the above guidelines. |

There will be NO Tearing down before the schedule closing time. This includes bringing in boxes, packing or dismantling of displays. This rule will be strictly enforced. Failure to abide by this rule could jeopardize your participation in future shows. |
