Show Rules

1.	All work must be original and completely finished. Photos required.
2.	No sale or discounted signs allowed.
3.	The exhibitor’s booth must be open and staffed during show time.
4.	YOU MAY NOT DISMANTLE YOUR DISPLAY OR START PACKING UP BEFORE CLOSING TIME! This includes bringing in and/or carrying out boxes.
5.	Exhibitor’s booth must not interfere with adjacent exhibits in any way.
6.	No exhibitor may sell his assigned space to another crafter. No subletting of any portion of stand without permission. No changing of assigned spaces.
7.	Nothing shall be nailed, stapled, or otherwise affixed on the walls, floors, or any part of the exhibition rooms or curtains.
8.	Tables MUST be skirted to the floor on all exposed sides with a professional looking cover. No plastic covers please. No flat table top displays allowed. Display must have some variation in height. Boxes must be stored neatly and out of sight.
9.	Set-up: Designated areas are marked near the buildings for exhibitors to unload. You may not drive inside buildings. You must unload your display and goods into your space as quickly as possible and immediately move your vehicle to the exhibitor parking area, regardless of weather conditions.
10.	All shows will have a designated parking area for exhibitors. This area MUST be used! The closest parking is to be reserved for your customers
11.	ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID 30 DAYS PRIOR TO SHOW. We reserve the right to cancel your space if you have not paid by the due date. If you cancel 30 or less days before the show, you are still responsible for the balance due. No Refunds or Transfer of Deposits.
12.	NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDINGS OR TENTS.
13.	There will be No painting, lettering or staining that creates odors inside the buildings or tents. No demonstrations of pop guns or other crafts which create a noise.
14.	No child-like crafts (examples: candy airplanes, noise makers of plastic cups etc.)
	Failure to obey any of the above Rules and Regulations will affect your future participation in Handcraft Unlimited & Country Peddler Craft Shows.
