Rules & Regulations

All of our shows are extremely well advertised!

Customer admission is charged.

Exhibitor’s space varies per show. Minimum space size is 10 x 10.

Eligibility: Open to all artists and craftsmen.

Set-up Time: Most shows have set-up times of 12pm to 6pm on the day before the show, and 6:30am to 8:30am on the opening day
of the show. Complete show details are mailed with acceptance letter.

Displays: All tables, chairs and coverings must be provided by exhibitors - tables may be rented.

Jurying: To ensure quality and a variety of crafts, photos or website and complete list of items to be exhibited must accompany each application.

Taxes: Exhibitors are required to collect their own Sales Tax. You must be pre-registered in PA & NJ with a Tax ID #. The state will handle your tax # once you sign up for the show. DE requires a Business License. Click here for more information on Sales Tax for different states.

Applications: All applications must be signed, dated and submitted with a deposit. Photos are required. Photos will not be returned.

Liability: Handcraft Unlimited & Country Peddler are not liable for personal injury or loss, damage, theft, breakage or destruction of goods on exhibit. The exhibitors shall be solely responsible for their own property, employees and for all public claims and liabilities.
Buildings will be locked at night. It is up to each exhibitor to decide whether to dismantle or cover displays during non-show hours.

accepts no responsibility.

Requirements: Participation with our credit card booth is mandatory, unless you bring your own credit card equipment. Exhibitors will
accept all credit cards for purchases throughout the show. You must either accept credit card purchases with your own equipment or we can process credit card sales for you at our booth. A 3% handling charge will be taken off your credit card reimbursement check at the end of the show.
All exhibitors are required to participate in the customer “$20 Mad Money Door Prize” drawing. This is included in the space fee.Mad Money Coupons are redeemable to exhibitors at the Credit Card booth for coupon cash value.

Cancellations: Failure to notify Handcraft Unlimited & Country Peddler in advance of any cancellation will affect your future participation in our shows. No Refunds or Transfer of Deposits. Failure to notify within 15 days of the show, will result in being charged for your entire space fee.
